PLACE OF MEETING: Crockery Township Hall- 17431 112th Ave. Nunica, MI

PURPOSE OF MEETING: Proposed ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the Township of Crockery. The principal provisions of the proposed amending ordinance can be summarized as follows:

• Planned Unit Development Application Review. The proposed ordinance would amend Section 12.03.1.C to remove the requirement for public utilities for Planned Unit Development proposals in Crockery Township. The Planning Commission and Township Board would retain the ability to require public utilities when feasible.

The proposed amending ordinance is on file and may be examined at the offices of the Crockery Township Clerk, 17431 – 112th Avenue, during Township office hours. All interested persons may attend the public hearing and comment on the proposed ordinance. Written comments concerning the ordinance may be submitted to the Township office, at the above stated address, up to the time of the public hearing.
